The extremely high standard with careful attention to detail of our houses ensures that demand is always great and we consistently exceed expectations.
All of our properties are premium Victorian houses refurbished to very high standards. They are furnished & have laminate/wooden flooring, wooden blinds, double glazing with locking handles, combi-boiler, full gas central heating, instant hot water, carbon monoxide & burglar alarms, mains wired smoke detectors, fire blanket & 3 fire extinguishers. Bathrooms consist of bath, shower, wash basin & WC. All have 2nd seperate WC's & 2nd separate shower rooms (some have 3rd shower rooms en-suite).
Bathrooms, shower rooms & streamlined kitchens are modern & hygienic. Kitchens are fully equipped with built in oven & hob, microwave, washer/dryer & fridge/freezer.
All houses have 32" flat screen TV, Freeview & DVD player in the communual lounge plus TV licence & Broadband Internet included in the rent.
We have available either 5 or 6 bedroomed houses.
Furthermore all of our houses have proper spacious lounges & diners, we do not believe in compromising our tenants comfort by offering a lounge as bedroom then supplying a very small room for communal living facilities. We either offer a large kitchen/diner and separate lounge or kitchen plus a very large communal room which incorporates both lounge & dining.
Additionally, new tenants are supplied with a 'welcome pack' consisting of new packaged items such as electric kettle, toaster & iron. Also supplied is crockery cutlery, glassware, ironing board etc., everything that’s needed to commence a hassle free tenancy.
Other criteria such as properties in major student areas in well lit streets, within minutes to good transport links & tube stations, shops, pubs, bars, restaurants & takeaways we consider essential with all of our properties fulfilling these requirements.
