| Gloria has been an absolutely superb landlady in the time I have been living at Alfoxton Avenue. She had responded quickly to problems, kept great contact, and the house was in superb condition when we moved in. On top of all this, she was easy to get on with and very friendly the times I've met her in person. If you're a student finding your own place in London, Gloria is the landlady to go to! |

| Gloria's house was the first and only house we viewed, as soon as we saw it on the internet we knew that it was the perfect student house. I'd like to thank Gloria for being an amazing landlady (we've heard horror stories about other landlords!) and providing us with a lovely house this year. Regrettably I needed to be near central London this year so could no longer stay in Gloria's house, however when looking at central properties I was shocked by the difference in standards even though the flats were more expensive! Gloria's houses are extremely good value for money and I really can not recommend her highly enough, I believe it would be difficult to find a better landlady or property. |

| Throughout the last 9 months, myself and the four girls I live with have had very minor problems with the property. However all problems were dealt with quickly (such as when our washing machine broke down and it was replaced with a brand new one within a week).
We were told well in advance about all maintainance work or viewings that would be taking place in the house, and they caused little disruption to our day.
The property itself is in a great location (2 minute walk from Turnpike Lane tube station) and it is not on a main road so it is pretty quiet at night.
All in all, I have been extremely happy with the property and I feel that we have been lucky to have Gloria as our landlady as she is available at all times and always happy to help with any problems we've had.
I would definitely recommend GW Rentals. :) |

| Gloria is an unobtrusive and highly efficient landlady: any problems we experienced were rectified promptly and the times she occasionally visited the house were accompanied by sufficient notice. The property itself was of an extremely high standard, much above that of what we expected for the rental price and the welcome pack of household appliances was a great extra. We have all been very happy in the house for the last two years and would recommend Gloria to anybody looking to rent. |

Any issues in the house have been resolved smoothly and quickly, and as a result the house has been kept in great condition, making our living experience enjoyable. | Gloria is, pure and simple, the perfect landlady. She is always there when you need her and quick to sort out problems, but at the same time respects the privacy and indepedence of her tenants. She is honest, competent, and communicative. The house was renovated to the highest quality you could expect for a house at this price, and improvements continued to be made when needed throughout our tenancy. We have been extremely happy tenants here, and are sad to leave. Gloria, and her houses, come highly recommended. |

| Gloria is a great landlady who was very efficient in dealing with the (few) problems we encountered through the year. The house has been renovated to a high standard and was in a superb location. I have had a fantastic year living in one of Gloria's houses. I would strongly recommend Gloria as a landlady! |

| Gloria is a very efficient landlady and we felt reassured that if we had any problems that they would be dealt with promptly.The house has been beautifully renovated and Gloria provided a very extensive welcome pack of household items which was a great bonus. Overall, it's been a fantastic house in a good location and we would recommend Gloria as a landlady. |

| Having rented the property for nearly nine months we have had very few problems with the tenancy.
On moving in we as tenants were provided with a pack full of living essentials; toaster, microwave, cutlery, glasses, iron, ironing board, knives, chopping board, ladder, hoover etc. As a first time tenant I could'nt have been happier with the introduction we were given to the property.
Maintenance issues are dealt with efficiently and quickly. Using the same builder at the property has meant we feel any jobs that carried out are done with the same professionalism and work ethic as the previous one.
The payment of rent is easy and simple and there is never any confusion over how much is due and when.
It has to be said that Mrs. Weisfeld is a consumate professional who takes into consideration the needs and concerns of her tenants.
I would have no qualms about recommending her as a landlord.
A very positive experience for our first rental!! |

| Gloria has been a very efficient landlady; she is always available if we have any problems or queries and responds extremely fast. Saying that she does not interfere in any way and respects our privacy. The house is of a very high standard and I think we have had the nicest house of all the students we know this year!
I would definately recommend living in one of Gloria's houses and this year has been a pleasure. |

| Gloria is a most pleasant, attentive landlady. Any problems are sorted out straight away and she is always readily available for any queries that arise.
